Paste-ups / Press Calendar

Throughout the 2018 festival, one of my main responsibilities was to communicate with Music@Menlo's Public Relations Team, who communicated with the local press frequently about Music@Menlo. The PR Team was based in New York, so I had to frequently email them before the festival started to communicate with them, and later in person during the festival when they came to California.

Throughout the festival, many journalists frequently visited the festival and later wrote and published articles on specific concerts. I had to reformat these articles and re-design some pictures to a pdf format to display them on Music@Menlo's website.

Software used: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Recreated the top banner with Photoshop, since it was on a print newspaper
and then used InDesign to recreate the layout into a PDF file.

Before the festival started, I compiled a list of all the events, including Concert Programs, Master Classes, and many more, as well as the information of each event, such as repertoire and performers. I used Adobe InDesign to format this all the festival information into a PDF packet to give to the journalists who attended the festival.
